Subject To paper

Subject To paper was cadet wing letterhead for preparing a memorandum. It was called "Subject To paper" because these words were preprinted to allow the cadet to identify the subject of the memorandum and the addressee. Upon graduation, many cadets were ridiculed by their non-grad colleagues for using the "Subject To" terminology for simple letterhead.
