The Catholic Council operates as the leadership in the cadet Catholic parish. It has a budget for and plans the pre-marital retreats, retreats, staffing to support Mass with alterpersons, mucical accompaniment, and other activities with the Catholic religious personnel assigned to the Cadet Chapel.
